What better way to cool down this summer than with a thirst-quenching fruit smoothie? We can’t think anything better! That’s why we’re sharing these super healthy smoothie recipes with yogurt, courtesy of Forager. They’re perfect as a delicious breakfast smoothie on-the-go, a quick midday pick-me-up, or a treat as you lay on a hammock and enjoy the summer sun. The best part is - they’re super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches (or 1 cup frozen peaches)
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewgurt®
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon maca

Prep

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Enjoy!

Banana Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup Vanilla Cashewgurt®
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 small piece fresh turmeric, about 1-2” or 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Prep

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Enjoy!
